She was the child of Henry VIII’s second wife, Anne Boleyn. ​​​​​​​

When she was 2 and a half when her mother was killed. She grew up with her fathers court and many marriages. When her father died, the throne passed to her brother Edward. When Edward passed within a couple of years the cown was given to Mary. During most of Mary's reign, Elizabeth spent locked up in the Tower of London for alleged involvement in Wyatt's Rebellion.

For the first three years of her life she was loved and treated to the upmost respect. Even though her parents picked out everything for her she was really raised by Lady Margaret Bryan. Lady Bryan cared for the young princess and the young princess nicknamed her "Muggie".
